My solution focus to therapy validates what you are going through, prioritizing your immediate needs, while pulling out the messy “crap” from today and from the past that may be affecting your day-to-day. We’ll work on developing tools to aid you in managing emotions, stress, and anxiety by addressing triggers. By addressing both the root causes and the day-to-day, you’ll be equipped to move into the future healthy, happier and feeling more confident that you can handle whatever life throws at you.   • Having intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about day-to-day situations. You can feel your heart race, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tired may occur. These feelings may come out in different forms all at once or at separate times.

  • Significant life transitions (good or bad) means lots of changes are happening to your day-to-day life. Whether due to graduating college, getting a new job, beginning or ending a relationship, having kids, relocating to another state, entering a new phase of life can come with anxiety, stress and alot of uncertainty. The uncertainty can come out in many different forms, become consuming and overwhelming making it difficult for you to move forward from the transition.
